By using the Web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other guidelines or rules applicable to other services that may be posted from time to time. Making a Purchase
We aim to make this as easy as possible. Our audio adventures can be bought in 2 forms:-
a)As a compressed zip file containing mp3 files which can be extracted onto a PC or MAC
b)On a preloaded MP3 player
Only where stated prices displayed on goods include VAT. If you purchase a preloaded MP3 player, to ensure that you have received your Goods, we will use registered mail and you will be asked to sign for proof of delivery, therefore please select a delivery address most convenient to you. Provided that your order is placed by 5pm, then subject to availability, deliveries of the mp3’s within the UK will normally be made within 5 to 7 working days. We will notify you
if there will be a delay. Please note that delivery charges will vary if we need to deliver outside the UK.
We do not accept liability for any delayed or damaged, tampered with, or lost or missing parcels.
Payment and Credit Card Security
We use Protx for all Credit and Debit card transactions. Protx provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK, and are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country.
Payment can be made by
Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards, Connect and Switch and American Express. Currently, we do not accept Diners Cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
We do not keep any details of your purchase with regards to your credit card details and therefore will not be held responsible for any misuse of your credit card if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Talkingtrip Returns Policy
This should not occur as we try our hardest to ensure you will be satisfied with our audio adventures.
In the case of downloadable products, refunds are only available prior to download. Once the product has been downloaded no refunds are available (this does not affect your statutory rights). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your MP3 player or find it to be faulty, to request a refund, please email

Any refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the request being made, in British Pounds (£). Please be aware that your credit card provider may charge a commission fee for conversion into your home currency.

Accuracy of Information
At the time of recording, all our audio adventures have the correct information in them. We will not be held responsible for any road works, renovations or street name changes that may interfere with your walk.

Licence to Use
Talkingtrip Limited grants you a non-exclusive Licence to use the audio walk subject to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
The audio walk is provided for your personal use and may not be transferred to others. Any copies made must be strictly for your own use and you may not make additional copies for other people. Our walks are sold subject to the condition that they shall not by way of trade or otherwise, be copied, lent, hired out, resold, or otherwise circulated without our prior consent. Making copies of our tours for others is forbidden and violates the Conditions of Use as well as the law of England and Wales and International Copyright Law.
Safety and Security
You will be solely responsible for any repercussions resulting from the download of any files from
Talkingtrip.com. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use, modification or distribution of any files.

The Copyright of all our products remain the property of Talkingtrip Limited. All Trademarks are acknowledged ( whether registered or not. )

mp3 players
TalkingTrip.com will supply upon request a suitable MP3 player, fully loaded with the TalkingTrip tour purchased by the customer. The specification of the MP3 player supplied will depend on the commercial availability of MP3 players of suitable specification to replay the entirety of the TalkingTrip tour purchased. TalkingTrip.com cannot guarantee the manufacturer or the model number of any MP3 player supplied.
General Terms & Conditions
A. Any contract between us, whether for use of the talkingtrip.com or in relation to the purchase of products or services through talkingtrip.com will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties, (you and
Talkingtrip.com), submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
B. Talkingtrip.com has taken every care in the preparation of the content of the Web site, however we do not guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, talkingtrip.com disclaims all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on talkingtrip.com and will accept no liability for any loss or damage the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on talkingtrip.com

Talkingtrip.com assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Web site.
